Why we are choosy about the work we take on

We turn down about a third of the jobs we get asked to quote. A couple of common reasons:

  • The scope is fuzzy and the budget is tight. One has to give.
  • The timeline assumes nothing will go wrong. Things go wrong.
  • We are not the right fit. We will tell you who is.

Being choosy is how we stay available for the clients we already have. If we say yes, it means we are planning to finish strong.
